I wanted to join a Gym, but the high Join Up and high Prices of Memberships, coupled with the inconvenience of my hours at Work versus their Hours of Operation had me scouting for different Options. Another Reason that had me scouting in earnest for a reasonable Option was my aversion to the “Meat Market” Feeling you get at most larger Gyms.

After carefully weighting out the Options, keeping an eye on the developing Market and considering my Budget it came down to the Tony Little Gazelle vs. total Gym. I like to strength Train or Weight Lift, yet due to a lower back Injury in my Teenage Years, which had me temporarily in a Wheelchair, I still have to watch putting too much strain on my lower back. The claimed gentleness on my back during exercise, the wide range of motion possible and the Gazelle Freestyle free shipping offer made it the Gazelle for me.

I could hardly wait to unpack my Gazelle when it finally arrived. Assembly was easy and I was able to start exercising within 15 minutes. Since then I have made 30 Minutes on my Gazelle a daily routine and the results are slowly starting to show. I would recommend the Gazelle for People with Back Problems, elderly People or those with only little exercise needs. Their claims on the smooth movements of the machine are indeed easy on the knees, legs and back.
